A tip or two on making the tape nice and smooth: Masking tape applied either side of the fillet just outside where the tape will be gives a nice straight line. Remove it while the epoxy is green, but before full cure. Peel ply (poly sheeting - I use plastic food wrap) rolled over the edges after they get tacky but while they are still pliable and left in place until full cure will lay the edge down much better. And taping again juuust a millimeter outside the old tape line when applying a successive coat of resin, again to keep a nice straight line, all make it look very nice without a lot of sanding. And if you want it even smoother you'll have less to sand.
